Dr Valerie Delpech is a medical epidemiologist based at Public Health England and leads a team of scientists and data managers to monitor the HIV epidemic and quality of care people living with HIV receive in the United Kingdom.

Dr David Chadwick is an Infectious Diseases specialist at James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough,

Dr Elizabeth Kihika is the Programs Manager for AMS (Alice Medical Service) in Uganda.
